【袁立公益】长大了，我要给袁立当律师

几年前的夏令营见到彤（化名），从一群人中跳跃出来，特别伶俐。她的爸爸，从脚手架上摔下来去世了，妈妈遂离家出走了，留下她与弟弟，跟着爷爷生活。夏令营初次见面，她就前奶奶后奶奶的讲述家世几乎把袁老师说晕了，这次下乡，我们特意去看了她。

I saw Dan Dan in a summer camp a few years ago. She is very clever and it makes her stand out from the crowd. Her father passed away from falling off scaffold in a work accident; her mother ran away from home, leaving her and her brother to live with her grandfather. When we first met in the summer camp a few years ago, she almost overwhelmed me with non-stop talking about her family history and her grandmothers. Yet, I always felt that she was hiding something. When I returned to her hometown this time, I paid a special visit to her.

这个家，屋顶透光，地面是坑坑洼洼的黄泥土，虽然那地区的低保有100多至300/每月标准，但她家还是没申请到。

屋子很黑，小姑娘的镜片已经800度。记得二年前的夏令营，她还没这么近视。志愿者立刻给她网购了一只台灯与眼睛维生素。

The home is dilapidated, the roof is transparent, the ground is not cement, it is merely yellow soil with many potholes. Although the minimum living allowance is only 100-300rmb per month, her family didn’t make enough for the application. It was dark in the room, and the little girl’s lenses were as thick as bottle caps. However, I remember she was not so nearsighted at the summer camp two years ago. Our volunteers immediately bought her a desk lamp and vitamins for her eyes after they found out her visual situation.

彤的弟弟说，将来要做一个厨师，因为学校里的蒜苔炒肉是他最喜欢的，说话间咽下了满口的口水。而姐姐彤却说她将来要做个律师，这让大家有些诧异，一个这样的小姑娘在这样的环境中，为什么会对律师这个职业有憧憬？她说会这样有安全感。

Dan Dan’s younger brother said he wanted to be a chef in the future, because the fried meat with garlic at school was his favorite, and he swallowed a mouthful of saliva while speaking. Dan Dan said she would like to be a lawyer when she grew up, which surprised me a little. Why does a little girl like this living in such an environment have a vision to be a lawyer? She said she wanted to feel safe.

当袁老师问她你现在没有安全感吗？她话风一转，说，有啊，有爷爷奶奶保护呀……

我想也许她从小没有安全感，想通过自己的努力去寻找安全感。大人没有办法给她安全感，大人所表现出来的就是不断地遗弃逃避，环境也没有给她安全感。她说，她在新奶奶手机上看快手，也看到了关于律师的一些信息，长大她要当一个律师，要有安全感。袁老师说，那你长大了，给我们基金会当律师吧，小姑娘欣然同意了。也许真的有这么一天。我们保留这视频，等她长大。

When I asked if she felt secured now? She changed the topic swiftly by saying she felt actually safe because her grandparents are protecting her.

I think she has no sense of security since she was a child, and she has to find it through her own efforts. Adults in her family can not give her a sense of security as they are constantly abandoning her, and the environment has not given her security. She said she watched Kuai Shou on her step-grandmother’s mobile phone and found some information about lawyers. She wants to be a lawyer when she grows up, she thinks she can be safe in that way. I asked if she indeed became a lawyer someday, would she be willing to work for our foundation? She joyfully said: Of course. We kept the video of our conversation, hoping someday it will all come true.

上海袁立公益基金会一直关注这对姐弟。要安慰的人多，可是走进乡村的“工人”太少了。

Shanghai YuanLi Foundation will continue to follow up with Dan Dan and her brother. There is still a lot more to comfort, but not enough ‘workers’ that are committing in this area.
